We carried out the refurbishment of the building's seven floors as well as its basement and reception areas. The careful planning of phased refurbishments ensured our customer’s business wasn’t disrupted. Also key to the success of this project was our ability to help neighbouring companies to maintain business as usual.

Our customer’s people and visitors to this office now benefit from a greatly improved environment that was delivered while keeping occupied areas of the building fully functional. Our management of this project earned us a ‘highly commended’ accolade at the Westminster Considerate Contractors Awards in relation to aspects such as the site's cleanliness, noise and dust controls, traffic and pedestrian management and signage.
